Stop by this at Maruyama Pancake eatery the next time you visit Hokkaido / Sapporo! It’s a short drive away from the Sapporo Train station and there’s a parking at the back of the cafe if you are driving.
I felt welcomed and recognised after visiting her shop twice in a week when I was there. The menu has a few options and do look out for seasonal items as well.
The pancake is light and airy on the inside, yet perfectly holding its shape after each cut—this soufflé pancake is a dream. Topped with a cloud of cream and paired with fresh fruits, it’s a heavenly treat.
We couldn’t resist coming back for more, indulging in both the ‘Angel’ and ‘Devil’ varieties during our Hokkaido trip. This is simply unforgettable!
Best window seat to watch the cars roll by and passer by strolling down the quiet street. This is a nice and chill way to spend the time here.
