I think the best item was the Flounder fish fin sushi. My description of it is “Wow, there’s a whole lot of dimension in my mouth.” There’s the fragrant-aromatic flavour of this flatfish with that omega-texture in a single bite. With a sweet and a tinsy saltiness from the soysauce. And to top it off, there is a hint of wasabi to compliment this item!
A great way to end the meal with a dessert. The musk melon is absolutely sweet and juicy. And the hojicha macaroon-like sandwiched with an ice cream in between, this is a great way to compliment the tea dessert.
