This is a rare sight to see for a city girl living in Singapore. Raw chicken so closed to the where we are seated and they’re on the floor. However, the Vietnamese chicken soup here is authentic and legit!
Their broth is a masterpiece—light yet packed with rich flavours, with just the right balance of herbs and spices. The chicken is tender, the noodles perfectly cooked, and the side of fresh herbs adds a refreshing touch. It’s comfort food at its finest, and the portion size leaves me feeling satisfied without being too heavy. A bowl here feels like a warm, flavourful hug on a cold day.
