I fell in love with Pizza 4P’s. This place serves the one of the best pizza I ever had. Besides the pizza, the salad, soup, main courses and drinks were just as amazing. I’m gonna share some of the items that I have eaten before.
Appetisers
Burrata with Parma Ham & Mixed Tropical Fruits Salad
This salad is simply perfect for a sharing. The fruits bring a refreshing sweetness that balances out the saltiness of the ham and the creaminess of the burrata. A great harmony of flavors and textures that feels indulgent yet light, all on one beautiful plate!
4P’s Cheese Fondue is great for sharing while waiting for the main subject of the meal. The melted cheese complements nicely with the char-grilled vegetables.
Organic Butternut Pumpkin and Ho Tay Jasmine Milk Tea Potage. What can I say? Superb!
Drinks
Organic Detox Rocket Juice. Well, either you love it or hate it. Rocket has a unique taste that some may hate. But I love it so much.
Mains
Here comes the mains~
Beef Hanging Tender Confit and Fried Potato with 3 kinds of Dip. Slightly under cooked, but well delicious but not something I would come back for.
Tomato Spaghetti with House-made Mascarpone Cheese. This is a go-to for tomato based pasta, and simply the best.
Pizza
There’s 4 types of Cheese and 5 types of cheese option.
House-made 4 Cheese Pizza is truly a masterpiece! With a perfectly crispy crust and a rich yet flavourful cheesy pizza, every single mouth brings me to heaven. This blend of house-made mozzarella, burrata, and ricotta cheeses is a simple yet indulgent treat that melts in my mouth! Not to mention, the pizza is topped with honey that adds sweetness to it.
Spicy Beef Kebab. Grilled marinated beef with a tinsy spicy touch, this pizza adds a little differentness to the meal.
Half pizza
If you’re dining with a smaller group or eater, can opt for the half pizza option.
We did order a half for this 2 pizza flavour
Seafood Spicy Tomato sauce with Smoked Cheese Pizza. This tomato based pizza is delicious with a tinsy bit of spiciness.
Salmon Miso Cream Pizza. I’m not a fan of this but this is worth a try too!
Desserts
How else to end a good hearty cheesy meal? Sweet indulgence time!
Rich Vietnamese Cacao Terrine and House-made Vanilla Ice cream. If I’m in a mood for chocolatey, this is what I would go for!
House-made Greek Yogurt Panna Cotta with Tropical Fruit sauce. If I’m in a mood for a little sourness and sweetness, then this is something to try! Worth it to try this~
4P’s Creamy Tiramisu House-made Mascarpone. Another thing I would recommend! This velvety mascarpone is house-made as well. And every single mouthful is filled with a balance in sweet and creamy texture.
