When I visit Tokyo during the cherry blossom season, I will make it a point to include going to the parks. I heard that Yoyogi park is wide and spacious. Within walking distance from Harajuku station, Yoyogi park is wide and spacious that it makes a great spot for this season.
Some of the popular things that locals do here are strolling, exercising and picnic!
Before stepping to park in Japan, I have always thought that the parks will be filled with pretty sights of Sakura trees in bloom.
However those parts that are filled with these, are also filled with countless picnic mats’ colors were too standing out too much. But hey, isn’t it great that they lay this down so that the people can sit and enjoy the sight!
Taking a stroll in the park with my loved ones and viewing the sakura bloom is very heart warming.
